The apartment is situated on two floors: the first floor and loft of the main building.

Access to the apartment is through an ancient stairwell in stone and a very typical portico in the courtyard (or traditional peasant “farmyard”).

It includes a master bedroom, bath, large kitchen/living area with a lovely wooden staircase in view leading to the loft which features a double bedroom (a third bed can also be added upon request) and bath.

An exceptional view of the Arno Valley that extends to the Apennine Mountains – from Mount Consuma to Mount Abetone and Cimone – can be admired from the windows.
