The apartment is situated on two floors with independent access and large courtyard for private use.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, small bath and double bedroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom and a double bedroom (a third bed can also be added upon request) and bath.

There is a sweeping view of the Arno Valley that can be admired from the bedroom window.

The kitchen is fully equipped and household linens are also provided.
