Cooking Class Florence

The absolute, original and most popular first class cuisine is in Florence. You will meet one of our most famous and charasmatic chefs and learn how to cook a good tuscan meal in the heart of florence.
First pass: a small walk around the central market, shopping! you wigo shopping with the chef at the central market getting all your ingredients for your lunch. There you will meet local butchers, bakers and fruit and vegetable sellers with their fresh produce. you will learn how to choose only the finest quality ingredients.
After this enjoyable experience you will reach our charming and professional location, a few steps away from the market where you will be able to begin tasting local products and get your hands into creating your meal, guided by our experted chefs.
The menu might vary depending on the season and the fresh produce available, but usually it is comprised with bruschette (fresh tomatoes chopped finely with garlic, olive oil and basil). Different types of freshly made pasta (ravioli/tagliatelle) made from scratch. The sauces for the pasta that you will prepare and a pudding / dessert.
Obviously you will eat everything you have prepared along with two glasses of selected chianti red wine.
A brochure with all the recipes will allow you to cook for your friends once you have returned home. Finally you will also abtain your certified certificate!
you will be pleased to know that when the central market is closed (on sunday and bank holidays) a special presentation and extra tasting will take place in the building of the cooking class instead.

The italian accademy pandolfini cuisine is a professional cookinh school for want to be chefs.
Inside the accademy it is possible to take part in cooking classes for learners who are interested in trying to cook typical italian and tuscan food.
Everything will take place inside Villa Pandolfini, a building from the XIV (fourttnth) century in Tuscany, a few minutes away from Florence.
